Stress is the feeling you get when you react to a situation you’re going through, that makes you so frustrated and might get to the stage of anger. We go through a lot of situations in our lives that make us so stressed and pressured. A lot of people try to cope with this stress because it’s taking away their lives. According to the article I have read, I have noticed that stress has become a very important issue because it’s becoming worse on the humans health than heart disease and cancer. Could you imagine that? Therefore, I have read some situations and the way to cope with stress. The First situation is when everyone is depending on you, looking at you and hoping you’re going to do the best. As being in basketball match everyone has high hopes and thinks you’re going to win the match for them, you get under a lot of stress so you should just go after your normal routine and don’t think about anything else, by sticking to your normal routine the difficult is going to become part of your routine. Secondly, when you get to a time when you have a misunderstanding with your boss, just try and be calm ask for a time-out, go wash your hands and get your stress and anger out. Then go back to him and try to work it out together, this way by getting your anger out you won’t overreact in front of your boss and lose your job over a simple thing. Thirdly, there are situations when you’re getting in a new relationship but you’re scared of choosing the wrong person, just sit for a moment and ask yourself some questions that you would like to be in your partner, is she polite and sweet hearted? How does she deal with other people? And will she make you happy? If the answers make you feel relieved just go for it and hopefully you’ll have the sweetest relationship J .
